Gudong Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield

Problem

With the application of various measures to increase production of oilfield, a variety of downhole oilfield wastewater has also become one of the main sources of pollution, such as fracturing flowback fluid, acidified wastewater, drilling liquid waste and other highly difficult wastewater. The existing processes are lacking of effective treatment method for high-molecular polymers, strong acids and strong alkalinity, surfactant, colloidal and suspended solids, etc. currently, it simply mix the above-mentioned wastewater to the produced liquid in a certain percentage, which often causes "paralysis" to the entire system and seriously affects the normal production.

Mixed oily wastewater dominated by fracturing flowback fluid

Solution

Our Company adopts the independently produced mobile sewage work vehicle to process the mixed wastewater, which is convenient and efficient, and the output water can reach the standard to flow into the combination station.

Treatment capacity: 50m³/h
Standard of output water: Oil content < 20 mg/l
                                              SS < 20 mg/l
                                            Median particle diameter < 2μ
                                               pH：7~8
